Since founding NPPG in 1997 with just one employee, Michael Salerno has built the organization into one of the region’s largest Employee Benefits, Retirement Planning & Actuarial Consulting firms. As NPPG has grown, his mantra remains steadfast: “We must always maintain the appropriate corporate structure to allow NPPG to successfully compete with the largest of national firms but remain small enough to never forget where we grew from and that every client, regardless of size, is of the utmost importance. It is NPPG’s clients’ faith and trust in our integrity that strengthens our commitment to continually deliver superior service through long-term personal relationships.”
Michael is a member of multiple boards and has more than 25 years of experience in the retirement and employee benefits sector. He works with clients to develop employee benefit programs and corporate retirement plans that align with their business strategy. He regularly conducts educational seminars on pre-and post-retirement planning topics, including fiduciary compliance and health insurance regulations, for employers and employees across a wide range of industries in the tristate area.
A 1993 graduate of Clemson University, Michael is a Registered Investment Advisor holding insurance licenses in multiple states and was a former NASD Principal passing series 7,63,65,31 and 24.
