Sam Christopher is Executive Vice President of NPPG and is responsible for leading sales activities, operations, account management and strategic partner relationships for the firm. Sam has more than 30 years of strategic sales and management experience and is responsible for the execution of NPPG’s expansion and growth strategy as well as developing educational programs that continue to drive customer loyalty.

Throughout his career, Sam has built and led high-performance sales organizations, identified new markets and delivered demonstrably strong results. Sam has helped several industry-leading firms increase profitability through a combination of effective sales strategies, unmatched industry expertise and unrelenting commitment to customer and partner success.

Sam has held several key roles at some of the nation’s largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEO’s). He has managed several benefit design teams and helped negotiation efforts to ensure a wide selection of programs for large groups which consisted of several thousand employees. Having worked with countless businesses during his professional career, Sam is uniquely qualified to create benefit solutions that are closely tied to his client’s business objectives.

Sam is a 1985 graduate of Rutgers University, licensed life and health insurance producer in multiple states and featured speaker at local and regional business conferences.
