Carragher as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits.
Mr. Carragher, a 24-year industry veteran, is a high-caliber employee benefits professional with extensive consulting experience working with top-level corporate executives on health and welfare plan design, 401(k) retirement plan design, payroll, human resource administration, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) fiduciary compliance solutions. Prior to joining NPPG, Patrick was an Owner and Director of Benefits for CheckPoint HR a payroll, employee benefits and human resources consulting firm in Edison, New Jersey.

Mr. Carragher will be responsible for new business development, fostering new industry relationships, establishing and maintaining client relationships, educating employers on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and fiduciary compliance responsibilities as well as conducting business symposiums to further expand upon NPPG’s group health and ancillary benefits services.

A graduate of Syracuse University/SUNY, Patrick holds Life and Health licenses in 38 states. Patrick will be based out of NPPG’s corporate headquarters in Red Bank, N.J.
